Four years ago last week a dear friend of mine John Koskinen passed away. John and I had made a number of trips to the Mountains of Colorado and California over the years and although he was a "water person" we talked about living here.Since the house was built it has always been in the back of my mind that, Marlys and I never got to share it with the John.
So "Krankman" here is the annual grog lift in your memory!
Our mutual friend Pat P. sent me your blog url. Very cool! Congratulations on being as far along as you are... I'm amazed at what you've accomplished in a year! And I salute you for remembering your friends who aren't able to see what you've accomplished.

Pat just received a new lap top. I am a 1 fingered hunt and pecker. but i did get to your blog, the mtn. house looks great.
